We aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase from Heal Sleep. Therefore, we offer a 100-day return period from the date of delivery.

✅ Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 100 days after receiving the product.

  • The product must be returned in reasonable original condition and must not show excessive signs of use (such as stains, tears, or damage).

  • For hygiene reasons, used or damaged products may be refused.

  • Returns without a valid Track & Trace will not be accepted.

  • We strongly recommend taking a clear photo of the product upon delivery to document its condition.

📦 Return Process

  1. Send an email to info@heal-sleep.com including your order number and reason for return.

  2. After approval, you will receive the current return address and detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days via the original payment method.

💰 Return Costs and Additional Charges

  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

  • Average return shipping costs are approximately €30–€40, depending on the carrier and country of shipment.

Returns are shipped internationally to a location outside the European Union (China).

For international returns, additional costs may arise, including but not limited to:

  • shipping costs

  • customs duties or import/export charges

  • administrative or handling fees

All such costs are entirely the responsibility and risk of the customer.

If a return shipment is refused, lost, or not properly delivered by the carrier, the refund may be delayed or denied.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order, as they are automatically processed by our manufacturer.

After this period, cancellation is only possible through the return process after delivery.

This does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal for EU consumers.

🌍 No EU Return Facility

Heal Sleep does not operate a physical return facility within France or the European Union.

All returns must be shipped to our international return location outside the EU.

By placing an order, the customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • returns are handled outside the European Union

  • international shipping and customs procedures may apply

  • any associated costs, risks, or delays are the responsibility of the customer
