These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and any purchases made from Heal Sleep (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

 

 

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if these terms are violated.

 

 

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website, products, or services without prior written permission.

 

 

4. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information are accurate.

However:

  • minor variations (e.g. color or finish) may occur

  • such variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for cancellation

Use of the website and its content is at your own risk.

 

 

5. Prices and Contract Formation

  • All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices and product availability may change at any time.

  • A binding contract is only formed once you receive an order confirmation email.

 

 

6. Delivery, Import Duties and Taxes

Products may be shipped from a fulfillment center located outside the European Union.

Delivery is made under DAP (Delivered At Place) conditions unless otherwise stated.

This means:

  • the customer may be considered the importer of record

  • import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees may apply upon delivery

  • such charges are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control

We strive to clearly inform customers before purchase that:

  • additional import charges may apply

  • these charges are the responsibility of the customer

Heal Sleep is not responsible for:

  • customs delays

  • additional import costs

  • refusal of goods by customs authorities

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

 

 

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise this right:

  • you must notify us via email or written statement

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.

Conditions:

  • items must be unused and in original condition

  • return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

 

 

8. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable EU law.

Consumers may be entitled to:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • or refund

in case of defective or non-conforming products.

 

 

9. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including in cases of suspected fraud.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

 

 

10. Liability

Our products and services are provided “as is”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heal Sleep shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • loss of profit

  • delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

 

 

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For consumers residing in the European Union:

  • these Terms are governed by the laws of the country of the consumer’s residence

  • mandatory consumer protection laws of that country shall apply

Disputes may also be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

 

 

12. International Shipping and Compliance

Customers acknowledge that international shipments may be subject to:

  • customs procedures

  • local regulations

  • import taxes

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and obligations related to the import of goods.

Heal Sleep is not liable for changes in customs laws, tax rates, or import procedures.

 

 

13. Returns and Logistics Location

Heal Sleep does not operate a warehouse or return facility within the European Union.

All products are shipped from fulfillment centers located outside the European Union.

In case of a return:

  • products must be returned to a location outside the European Union

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

  • customers may be required to complete customs documentation for returns

Heal Sleep is not responsible for:

  • customs charges related to returns

  • delays caused by international shipping or customs procedures

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that returns may involve international shipping and customs handling.
